Demand capture targets people already in-market: searching, comparing, ready to act. It is usually the highest-converting, fastest-paying spend you have, because the intent is already there. The limit is that it only harvests existing demand, it does not grow the market.
What good looks like
Capture channels, branded and high-intent search, comparison pages, retargeting, should show strong conversion and short payback. If capture is your only motion, growth is capped by how many people already know they need you.
